ICS have been manufacturing & installing standing seam roofing systems for more than 30 years, We manufacture two different profiles both of which are perfect for almost every type of roof application, our profile references are the “ICS SS500” & our latest “Inzip” system, both standing seam profiles can be manufactured in either steel or aluminium in various colours, they both have concealed fixing clips or halters which are zipped up to ensure a watertight side lap seal, both systems can be rolled on site if sheet lengths more than 18lm are required.

- VARIABLE SHEET WIDTH. Our Inzip standing seam roofing is supplied in 3 standard widths 300, 400 and 500mm wide but can be manufactured in any width 200-600mm wide
- CURVED STANDING SEAM. We are able to smooth curve the Inzip profile to a tight 1.5m Radius with no deformations on the sheet, for large radius sheets a site curving machine can be supplied to curve the sheets on site
- TAPERED STANDING SEAM. We are able to manufacture tapered standing seam in one pass direct off the machine, this is fully automated process eliminating secondary site cutting and re-roll forming the sheet
- ROLLED ON SITE. Our roll forming equipment may be moved to almost any UK location “subject to suitable site conditions” to enable the manufacture of extra long standing seam roof sheets that would have been impossible to deliver by road. (max size by road 18.2m)
