The roof was double skin asbestos roof sheets with plaster boards and mineral wool insulation, the client insisted the warehouse was fully operational throughout the work process, they took the extraordinary steps to protect the internal environment by paying for the whole roof area to be completely sealed by way of a 1000 gauge Visqueen fitted to the underside of the whole roof area

The contract period was 16 weeks and finished on time

Careful removal of asbestos roof sheets is important as not to break the sheet

Telescopic lift is the prefered way to lower the sheets to ground
